Drayage FAQ

Who pays demurrage and per diem?

Those charges come from the terminal and steamship line. If a delay is caused by us, we'll take responsibility as described in our Terms. Otherwise they're passed through as billed.

Do you provide chassis?

We source chassis for each move. Chassis usage is listed as a line item on your rate confirmation.

Can you handle reefer containers?

Ask dispatch — reefer container moves depend on genset availability for the dates you need.
